Focus here is on the various New Year customs of Central China, the area of the extended lake-land in the mid-Yangzi Valley, in late imperial times. A multitude of folk practices are analyzed within a holistic perspective on Chinese traditional society and the result is a new picture of a world of the past in which the social rhetorics of gender, lineage continuity and ancestry are challenged by ritual manifestations of iconic symbolism. 作者簡介
Goran Aijmer is Professor of Social Anthropology at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, and is currently associated with the Gothenburg Research Institute there. His research interests are wide, mostly on symbolic expression and articulation in fields like politics, economics, art and religion in the southern parts of China, and also Melanesia, Southeast Asia and Europe. He has worked in many universities, more recently in the Australian National University, Canberra, the Ecole des hautes ?mudes en sciences sociales, Paris, and the University of East Anglia, Norwich. 消息人士透露，全球最大晶片設計工具供應商新思科技（Synopsys）已停止提供華為軟體更新。業界觀察人士表示，這項動作將使華為在全球半導體市場的擴張再度受挫。日經新聞引述知情人士報導，在美國商務部將華為列入限制出口美國科技的黑名單後，以美國加州為總部的新思科技已告訴員工，中止對華為的軟體更新，與華為之間的智慧財產權交易也暫緩。. } }); } 新思的這項動作將傷害到華為子公司海思半導體（HiSilicon）；消息人士說，這將威脅到華為內部很大一部分的晶片開發計畫，阻礙該公司在5G網路方面的野心，雖然仍可仰賴現有的晶片設計。報導指出，在缺乏設計工具的支援下，華為在科技競賽將可能落後於蘋果、三星等對手。目前能夠提供華為在發展高階晶片上需求的廠商，就只有新思和另一家美國晶百貨優惠網友超推片設計工具網路人氣商品top10暢銷產品供應商益華（Cadence）。同為華為供應商的益華並未熱銷商品熱銷排行榜回應日經記者的詢問。但作為美國公司，益華若未經過華府許可繼續供應華為，將也可能會面對到嚴重懲罰。知情人士說：「由於整個晶片製造流程已變得太精密和複雜，如果華為無法更新軟體，將很難設計新的晶片。」晶片設計工具幾乎每周都須更新，才能幫助晶片開發商和製造商同步，並解決bug。如果沒有這些更新，設計過程將會面對到無盡的問題，晶片製造商也可能不願意將這些設計投入量產。新思科技傳已停止快速到貨網拍限量不等人的提供華為軟體更新。（路透） 分享 facebook
美國內華達州控告 Tesla 漏繳稅款
近來受官司纏身的 Tesla 又再一次捱告了，美國內華達州政府指控 Tesla 欠交 65.5 萬美元的失業基金稅款。據指 Tesla 在 2018 年的第一季和第二季度分別向其員工發放 6,800 萬和 5,500 萬應課稅工資時，都少繳了相關稅項。不過 Tesla 很快就承認錯失，所以這次大概就如此了事吧。
Tesla 的發言人向我們解釋指，他們因為「筆誤」而出現這漏稅過失，並會在當地 10 月 9 日繳付差額。同時透露 Tesla 在收購 SolarCity 之後就有與內華達州政府討論有關失業救濟金的貢獻度，顯然政府方面預期這收購活動會導致失業率上升。
畢竟做為旗下電動車命脈的 Gigafactory 正是座落於內華達州，Tesla 在這忙於提升銷量的時間，必然不會因為這小金額而與政府代表糾纏下去。所以他們只能在聲明中承認錯誤後，再強調著自己已經繳付了超過 330 萬美國失業稅項。
