川普3日將訪問英國。 美聯社 分享 facebook 美國總統川普3日將訪問英國,近年他與歐洲領袖見面總是發出挑釁言語,不僅唱衰英國脫歐協議、批評德國是俄羅斯俘虜,更酸法國到處都有暴動,讓美歐盟友關係趨於混亂。特賣會便宜團購川普將於6月3日抵達英國展開3天國是訪問,面對英國首相梅伊(Theresa May)將在6月7日下台,他與過往一樣,人未到就先對英國最近流行商品送禮酒推薦內政指指點點。他告訴「太陽報」(The Sun),前英國外相強生(BorisJohnson)會做得很好,「我認為他很棒,很有才華,對於我和我的國家也很友善」。. } }); } 川普愛對英國內政發表評論,特別在脫歐議題上,他曾唱衰梅伊的脫歐協議「對歐盟聽起來是很棒的協議」。2018年訪英時與梅伊會面後自曝曾建議如何處理歐盟事務,但是她「沒聽我的話」,後來梅伊揭曉川普建議是控告歐盟,而不要與他們談判。此外,川普對歐盟二大核心德國及法國領袖,也多次毫不留情面發出批評之語,例如2018年7月在北大西洋公約組織(NATO)會議上,他尖銳抨擊德國因為天然氣而淪為莫斯科的「俘虜」,引來梅克爾(AngelaMerkel)以「決策獨立自主」反擊川普。面對法國,川普2018年11月在巴黎出席第一次世界大戰停戰百年紀念活動,但一抵達就在推特(Twitter)發文指馬克宏說歐洲要建歐洲軍隊以防禦美國、中國與俄羅斯,是種「侮辱」,隨後12月他針對法國的「黃背心」運動酸言酸語表示 「對於巴黎來說,巴黎協定推行得不太順利,法國到處都有抗議和暴動」。而這次川普訪英另一個話題就是盟友對禁用華為不同調,雖然美國放話對於使用華為生產「不安全」5G網路設備的國家將可能不會分享敏感的國安情資。歐洲目前對華為並未像美國全力封殺,英國先前傳出可能允好康報報省錢王許華為有限度參與5G建設、德國則表示沒有計畫排除任何公司參與5G頻譜拍賣,但會要求投標業者必須符合一些規定。目前美國國務卿蓬佩奧(Mike Pompeo)正在歐洲,陸續訪問德國、瑞士、荷蘭與英國,他承認華為將是前往每一國都會談及流行購買議題,屆時川普訪英時是否也會對盟友發出警語令人矚目。
眷村國旗冉冉升起 823老兵紅了眼眶
新竹市長候選人許明財雙十國慶日在眷村的「家」,舉辦了三場升旗典禮。許多眷村民眾起大早參加,其中,93歲的金有福連趕三場,看在許明財眼裡,感動的紅了眼眶。
新竹市政府雙十國慶日不辦活動,市長候選人許明財看不下去,特別回眷村舉辦升旗典禮。早上7~9點,分別在大鵬新城、空一村六區、華夏金城等三地舉辦。
許明財說,早上回眷村的「家」參加升旗典禮,內心非常激動。一來是,看到許眷村民眾一早就精神抖擻地在廣場等候參加升旗典禮,還有一些是坐輪椅來的,實在是太感人了。
許明財說,已經93歲高齡的823砲戰英雄鄭桂,還有同齡的大鵬新村居民金有福,兩人都紅著眼眶、全神貫注地看著國旗冉冉上升,那副景象令人動容,也不知不覺跟著紅了眼眶!而當年在823砲戰的師參謀長鄭立軍已95歲了,身體不舒服,仍指派夫人務必出席,愛國情操,值得肯定。
許明財說,國慶日全臺只有11縣市有慶祝活動,其中台北市、新北市、新竹縣、桃園市、台中市、台南市、台東縣等,6個縣市舉辦升旗典禮,其他的彰化縣、高雄市、花蓮市、宜蘭市則舉辦國慶慶典活動;而新竹市什麼慶祝活動也沒有,相當離譜。
